Researchers sought to find that out in a recent study that looked at how many times men - and women - thought about sex in a typical day. And that urban legend that men think about sex every seven seconds?

Well, it didn't really hold up. In fact, according to the study that was published in The Journal of Sex Researchmen do think about sex more than women, but not by much.

Researchers learned that, on average, men think about sex 19 times a day. The average women thinks about sex 10 times a day. Other findings from the study?

Well, there was quite a bit of variability between different people. While some thought about sex only a handful of times a day, others both men and women thought about it times a day or more.
